NHL, Europe, Team Canada, Pro Coach

Mike is passionate about hockey, but more specifically, how coaches can develop players with more hockey sense by gamifying practice. This led Mike to writing a book titled, “Make Hockey Great Again” available on Amazon.

“To become great is a CHOICE”.  

Mike played 145 NHL games with Dallas, Toronto, New York and continued his career in Europe.  Mike led Team Canada to 3 gold medals in International Competitions.

“Hockey is finally coming out of the dark ages and into a new light, with new skill and anew way to teach the game. My job is to make sure the path towards development maximizes the fun of the game. We need to celebrate failure and let players create without fear!”


ECHL, NCAA Divsion 1

Jesse attended Merrimack College Warriors of the Hockey East division within the NCAA. Merrimack posted the most successful season of the program’s history in 2011. Once completing his 4th season at Merrimack, Jesse attained a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Jesse’s pro career featured time with the Hamilton Bulldogs of the AHL and the Reading Royals of the ECHL. He capped off his playing career at the Senior AAA level with the Lacombe Generals where he and the team won 2 national championship titles, also known as the Allan Cup.

Jesse understands the importance of determination, drive, and level of compete to ensure you reach your goal at the next level while maintaining an everyday professional like attitude.


AHL, European Pro

Adam’s professional career included time in the AHL with the Laval Rocket and the Milwaukee Admirals and attending NHL training camps for the Montreal Canadians and Minnesota Wild.  

After two years in the AHL, Adam went over seas to Sweden for 3 years. Adam brings with him a wealth of knowledge and attention to detail. After years of being coached and mentored by some of the best in the business, Adam is eager to share the key points that lead to his success


Pro Coach, Elite Skills Coach

Ryan has been coaching hockey for the past 21 seasons. His experience ranges from U15, U16 andU18 AAA as well as Junior A and has had the opportunity to work with many players at each of these levels who have gone on to have successful hockey careers, College education and who are making a difference in their professions today.

Ryan also has experience in the Western Hockey League as a Regional Scout with the Regina Pats.

His most recent coaching success came in the Canadian Women’s Hockey League, where he was the Head Coach of the Clarkson Cup Champion, Calgary Inferno in 2019.


Europe, Finland, Hockey Canada

A native of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Ross MacLean has travelled the world playing, coaching, scouting and learning the game of hockey. Ross has done work or worked for the IIHF, Hockey Canada, various international federations, national and provincial U18, U17, U16 and U14 programs and has worked as a professional skills coach with players from all ages and levels, including pros and NHL players.

22 years coaching experience (grass roots to pro levels all over the world, including National Team Staff Experience).  Graduate of IIHF Coaching Program in Vierumaki, Finland.   Facilitator
